We assume zero knowledge

The course starts at what a firearm is and how it works. There is no prerequisite and no assumed vocabulary.

You'll handle one before you fire one

An hour at the bench with a real, unloaded firearm — grip, stance, loading, clearing — before you go anywhere near the line.

Live fire with someone behind you

Your own lane, an instructor behind you. Not a range officer behind glass.

Intro To Shooting is ammunition included with no license and no commitment. Try it, then decide.

Will everyone else know more than me?
No. First-timers are the majority of every class.
Do I need to buy a gun first?
No — and you can't lawfully own one before you're licensed. Everything for the class is provided.
What if I decide it's not for me?
That's a legitimate outcome, and better discovered in a supervised class than after buying something.
Should I do Intro To Shooting or the license class?
If you know you want the license, go straight to the license class — it includes live fire too. If you're still deciding, Intro is the lower-commitment door.
